I am currently getting ready to do a clean install of windows 10.  I am currently running Win 8.1 x64.  In the UEFI bios, there is an option to select the operating system.  I have it set to windows 8.  There are 2 options, other, windows 8.  Which option should I select for Win10 x64?

*Other* usually means non Windows OS hence Win8 is your only option
