Title: MA790GP-DS4H: will not accept AMD Phenon II x6 1100T

I have a MA790GP-DS4H with a Phenom II x4 920 processor running Windows 10 fine.  I purchased a Phenom II x6 1100t, upgraded the bios to the recommended F7I and it will only go to the Windows start screen once, reboot and just keep rebooting without running Windows.  I’ve put the Phenom II x4 920 back in and it works fine still on the F7I bios.  Any ideas what would cause this issue? >:(

By Windows start screen, I'm talking about the first initial screen with the Windows logo that has the dots below it chasing each other in a circle.  I usually freezes here and then goes in a reboot loop.  Sometimes it will get to a point of reading Windows encountered an error and give the options for repair.
