Title: Really need some help installing

I had an IP-55 that died out so I got an Gigabyte EP43-UD3L to replace it. I fit in all the connections and have it ready to go but the computer isn't starting up. I know its probally something simple I am missing but I can't figure it out. Anyone care to help me trouble shoot?
