Title: Amd X2 555 Unlocking

When i enable the unlock in ACC the pc post's showing  PII X4 B55 howvever CPUZ shows only 2 core.This happens when using Windows 7 32bit however when i boot up with window 7 64bit CPUZ shows all 4 cores running . Howvere when i try to run Prime 95 after a few minutes i get BSOD. Should i increase Vcore to help.
 System  Amd x2 555 BE@3.2GHZ  4gb ddr2 800mhz GA-MA78LM-S2H mobo 8800GT.
