Hi ,
I have a Z77-D3H Rev 1.0 mobo with 2 x 4GB Corsair XMS3 (1600mhz) ram in it. I've recently upgraded from mWindows 7 to windows 10 and enjoying it so far.
I've added a matched set of corsair memory to take it up to 16gb and using all 4 ram slots on the mobo but windows is failing to boot successfully (normally blue screening..)
I;ve tried both sets of RAM separately in both dual channels on their own and system is stable.. but when I try to add all 4 system just doesn't want to boot... on the odd occation it has it BSOD within a few mins.
Current bios is F23B and I have tried enabling the XMP and disabling it but nothing appears to work.
Anyone with the same board have issues when using all 4 RAM slots ?

Greetings,
The usual questions...
Is this RAM on the QVL for your board? If not, sometimes getting two sticks to run is by luck.
Even if it is approved RAM, it might be that the settings the MB is choosing via AUTO settings isn't correct for the particular DIMMs or in combination with your CPU (less likely) but possible.
In this case, I would try setting the memory values manually and see if you can get proper detection and boot. Sometimes SPD and what's programmed into the JDEC chips on the RAM isn't what your system or BIOS is expecting.
