I wonder if a Samsung 950 Pro-ssd http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/global/html/ssd950pro/overview.html with the NVMe Effect is usefull and compatible with my motherboard GA-Z97-D3H v1.0.
Does it work with my motherboard?
Can I boot Windows 10 with this M.2 Samsung 950 Pro-ssd?

I would say no going by the list gigabyte has on their website.  On the other hand there are 3 that Samsung makes that are compatible with your board here is one of them.
