Title: GA-X99-UD3 + i7 5820k boot loop issue
Post by: Taetrius on November 11, 2015, 09:54:18 am
Hi everyone,

I just bought a new rig and every time I restart in windows 7 (for an update for exemple), my computer shut down normally, but when trying to boot I get the Gigabyte splash screen then it crashes and start again, and again.

When I turn the power switch off (from "1" to "0"), and hold the power button a few second before I turn the power on again, it starts normally. I don't get it.

I can't find the issue so far. I tried to boot with only one ram and switching it, unplug all my USB devices, my other hard drive and dvd to leave my SSD alone... no result so far.

My bios version is F4. Any of you guys have any idea what the problem could be?
Any help would be really appreciated  ;)

Greetings,
Have you always experienced this behavior, or did it start recently?  What memory are you using?  F2 was shipping BIOS.  Did you upgrade or was F4 the BIOS your board had when purchased?
