Hello,
I'm considering the new GA-Z170X-GAMING 7-EU because it supports thunderbolt.
Does anyone here know how to connect this board with it's thunderbolt-3 type-C connector to an Apple monitor with a thunderbolt-2 minidisplayport connector?
This seems to provide the correct physical connections but there is real no indication that it will work with thunderbolt.
Thanks
Chris

You need a thunderbolt 3 to thunderbolt adapter. I don't think they exist yet but they are planned.
