With just 1 ssd in ahci mode everything is very fast, windows 10 pro 64bit.
I have 2ssds and i try to raid but.......
I installed 2 ssds, on sata port 0 and on sata port 1. Samsung 850pro 256GB and sandisk extreme pro 240GB.
Restart, tab delete,enter bios, set raid, save and exit, Alt+I, create raid0 stripe 128kb finish restart.
Starting format and windows installation using fast usb3 pendrive.
BUT the windows installation is veeeery slow and after finishing everything in windows is slooooow.
Do i make anything wrong, do i forgot anything?

Based on the description, it doesn't sound like you have missed anything. You may however want to consider installing the Intel specific RAID driver for your controller (if available) While windows 8 and 10 support the Z97 set in AHCI or RAID (controller mode) natively, you might get better performance using the IRST driver.
A while back, it was always recommended to use identical disks when creating a RAID array. This is no longer true and hasn't been the case for a long time. RAID controllers are extremely robust now and are capable of managing different drives in an array as long as they share similar characteristics. This should be true of the Samsung and SanDisk you have chosen. Of course, the chance exists that one or the other is not a "good match" for the set, but unlikely IMO.
Have you confirmed the health of each individually? Once again, SSD's are pretty reliable. They basically work until they don't. If you are using any Gigabyte App Center programs, or have Ultra Fast Boot enabled in BIOS, I'd change to Normal or Fast only and disable or uninstall any specific (or performance) related apps while you troubleshoot your issues. We assume your cables are in good condition and correct for the install.
May also help everyone here to know what BIOS rev you are running. Memory, CPU and if you are overclocking or not. And/or other troubleshooting steps you have tried.

Ok.
This is now is not raid is just a single ssd in ahci mode with windows 10 pro 64bit.
This ssd is brand new i bought it few days ago.
Do you see anything wrong with it?

Sorry. Have been especially busy this past week with home projects. Your disk looks normal, so assume its ok. The normalized values and worst values are high which is good. Higher is better in SMART. I wouldn't worry about the CRC RAW value errors unless the threshold begins to rapidly increase. If this happens, change the data cable. Otherwise everything looks normal.
So you are abandoning RAID for the moment?

When you first installed windows did you set it up for windows 10 in the bios or just installed it? I know this isn't your board but the bios are basically the same on how to set them up.

My motherboard does not have set up for windows 10 in the bios only for windows 8 :-\

You will still use the same setup because all windows 10 is a make over of 8.
