Title: Gpu clock Not saving(+ fake Boost on OC_Guru)

So i have a GT 730 2GB GDDR5 overclocked and when i check in OCCT for see if it is overlclocked the Gpu Clock will not change and the Memory Clock is not +400MHz but +200MHz(only happens with OC_GURU, in MSI Afterburner it says +400MHz), so how i solve this Gpu Clock problem?
