First of all Merry Christmass.
Motherboard model: P55A-UD4
Ram kit: G.SKILL F3-2133C10D-16GAB 16GB (2X8GB) DDR3 2133MHZ CL10 ARES DUAL CHANNEL KIT
Recently i upgraded my ram and the problem is that the frequency is lower than it should be according to the specs of both my Motherboard and ram kit. My MB model can support 2200+ frequencies but I only get 1333.
Is there something I have to do manually?

Hi there,
the speed your RAM will run at is also dependant on the CPU that you are using so, if you can tell us what processor you have that will help.
You will probably have to set the speed and timings of the RAM, manually in BIOS, to get the full capabilities of your modules if you can not get it to run with the XMP profile.

the cpu is : INTEL CORE I5-750 2.66 GHZ LGA1156
I tried to use the XMP profiles (both of them) but i could not boot my PC. It automatically reset to default options

Your CPU technically only supports 1066/1333 Mhz RAM modules: http://ark.intel.com/products/42915/Intel-Core-i5-750-Processor-8M-Cache-2_66-GHzU
You will need to manually overclock your system to get the RAM to run faster than 1333Mhz and for the small gains you will make, from my own experience, it isn't really worth the time or effort.
