Title: GTX 950 compatability with M/B

Hi i have a Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H motherboard with F15 bios can anyone please tell me if this motherboard is compatable
 with the new GTX 950.
Am asking because i bought a GTX 960 when they first came out but it did not work with my motherboard.

What CPU are you running? The 950, 960, & 970 should run on that board. People have got them to run on a Z68 boards.

Your CPU supports PCIe Gen 3

Suggest you upgrade to latest BIOS and pay close attention to any BIOS settings to PCIe rev support.  Some of these earlier boards had settings for which improved compatibility with newer cards.  I haven't looked at your particular board/BIOS to confirm.  I'd buy the card from a retailer with a flexible return policy or seek Gigabytes assistance ensuring compatibility.
