When I tried updating my motherboard bios from version F1 to F7 (using q flash) I get the warning message that the flash utility is outdated thus not allowing me to update my bios. It says to visit the gigabyte website for the latest one, but I can't find it anywhere nor have I found anything easy to follow on how to get a new one.
Specs: Athlon 750k
Asus R9 280x
8gb ram
Thanks for any help

Hi,
Taken from the BIOS download page here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4726#bios
for BIOS file F4
Note: To support FM2+ APUs, be sure to use an FM2 APU to update the BIOS to the latest version with the EFI Flash tool included in the zip file. (For a future BIOS upgrade, you can use either the Q-Flash or the EFI Flash tool. )
Because the later BIOS files are a larger size than the original BIOS you have to use the EFI Flash tool to update the BIOS.
