hi,
I with to by an AMD based system for overclocking
im considering to by the AMD phenom II 955 BE, i heard it's pretty overclockable and it's got an open multiplier
4gb ddr3 1333mhz RAM (overclockable, with coolers in place)
and (i'm on a tight budget) a GA-785GMT-USB3 mother board
my questing is, is that a good choise/combination? i do not intend to do extreme overclocking, just want to squeeze some more Joice out of it
thank you in advance! ;)

Hi,
You shouldn't have too many issues with overclocking but I would advise getting a decent cooler for your CPU as these chips can run very hot when you start O/C'ing.
As far as the Mobo goes, there are enough options in BIOS to keep even the most avid tweaker amused.
Have fun, good luck and let us know how you get on!
