Title: Brand new B150M-D3H system went to BIOS and then suddenly nothing

I just built a new system using the Gigabyte B150M-D3H MoBo, Intel i6500 & Crucial DDR4.  I powered it up and went to the BIOS screen.  Then, the screen froze and showed some garbage.  I rebooted and the screen showed nothing.  The PC powers up but shows nothing.  What could be wrong?

Did you try and pull the battery and short out the cmos pins?
