I have the exact same issue with this mobo called MTG41MM. That's all it says. There is also a MTG41M version - that apparently only supports DDR2. I was under the impression my mobo supports DDR3 as well. However, I'm not getting screen. I'm running it with a 550W PSU, Radeon 6950 graphics, Core 2 duo E6850 CPU, 2x4GB DDR3 1333 memory. No screen, no post. Any clue?

There are apparently several variants of this board.

Each slightly different, The GB model supports DDR2/3 depending on the CPU

The OEM variants might be further restricted.  You'll have to contact the OEM as dmdilks suggests for specifications, BIOS, drivers, etc.
