Title: cant get past Q-Flash

iv found a couple posts with teh same issue but here it is

ok Gigabyte motherboard GA-A75-UD4H
16 GB Gskill ripjawX ram 2X8GB AMD A8 processor quad core

the other night my pc froze while on when i restarted a screen loaded up for Qflash so i tryed restoring bios defaults still Qflash popped so i used the cmos reset jumper reset cmod defaults same thing Q-flash so i tryed the old cmos battery way same results tryed the 3 newest bios updates 1 by 1 still same results Q-flash pops and i cant bypass it to boot my system

Sounds like it's time for a new mobo - it's a 2011 model hence pretty dated
