Title: memory timing issue

using a 970a-ds3 with fx 6350 and 2 x gskill f3-1866c9-4gab cpuz is reading the memory at 1600 instead of 1866.. bios f6. if i try changing the timing settings it just beeps and restarts back to original settings. not sure where to go from here....
