I have a z97x gaming 3 motherboard and it won't post what so ever, I have tried RAM sticks in every single channel and still cannont get into the bios, is it fryed?

"Won't POST whatsoever...  meaning, you press the power button and what happens?...

Fans spin / don't spin...  no LED lights or activity.  We need more info, please.
