Title: on/off charger panel

My motherboard is not working I can't get no power to the board. It has something to do with the power supply on the on/off charger panel. i disconnect something from one of the pins; this pin socket has nine pins on it. HELP ALL MY MAJOR WORK IS ON THIS COMPUTER. i DO 3D PROGRAMS. AGAIN HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remove the connector of the figure and short circuit legs 14 and 15, if not start the fan: The problem is the source.
