Title: Ati 4770 running on x4 bus speed instead of x16 on 785GT-UD3H

As said, the card won't work on the specified speeds on this specific motherboard
The other components:
Athlon II x4 620

2gb team elite ram
Corsair 400w
ati 4770 video card

Tried restarting the BIOS and placing the GPU on the other x4 connector then again on the x16 one. Nothing. 

GPU-Z says : PCI-E 2.0 x16 @ x4
and that the video card supports 2.0 x16
