No, Smart Response Technology (SRT), also called SSD Caching is managed by Intel Rapid Storage Technology software which requires a Chipset with the RAID storage function. The Intel B85 Express Chipset does not offer RAID, you would need a different Chipset perhaps one the Intel H87 or H97 Chipset motherboard models.
