Title: gtx 950 starting problem

I was playing on my pc a day ago and I accidentally kicked my plug and it caused my pc to shut down, after trying to turn it back on it didnt want to work, so I took out every thing until I found out it was my gpu what was the problem, its only 2 month old and was wondering if anyone had the same problem and if there was a solution for this. Thanks.

The pc is working without the gpu and the moment it is in it doesnt work.
