So i have found the bios update for my new Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 3 motherboard, but for some reason i cant do the update it says i need to find a 64 bit version of the update and if i try putting it on a memory stick it does not work either idk what to do i have only got the standard bios update when it was released.

Hello,
Is your PC stable? Assuming it is, all you need to do is copy the F6 file to a flash drive.
Enter your BIOS and choose the Q-flash option.
Then just locate the file and it will do the rest.
