Title: How to physically disable BT on GA-Z170N-Gaming 5
Post by: slamburger on July 01, 2016, 03:41:21 pm
Is there any way, maybe with jumper settings, to completely disable the Bluetooth on my GA-Z170N-Gaming 5?

I've been getting BSODs since I bought it and I think I have the problem narrowed down to the on-board Bluetooth. When it's disabled in Windows and I have no other BT devices enabled, everything is fine. If I enable the on-board and connect a device, I get a BSOD within 24 hours, usually when the connected device shuts off. If I disable (in Windows) the on-board BT and connect another BT controller, the same issue occurs. So I'd like to try completely disabling the on-board BT on the motherboard itself, but can't find any info on how to do that.

Thanks!
