My Gigabyte R9 390 died last night after only 2 months of use. Since Newegg has a 30 day return policy, it looks like I am going to have to send it to Gigabyte. Does anyone have any experiencing RMA'ing anything to Gigabyte?
Last night I filled out the RMA form on their website and it says "Waiting approval." Do I need to wait on them to respond BEFORE I mail the card off? Or do I just mail it now? I want to get this show on the road since it's going to take too long as it is.
(BTW, I will never buy another Gigabyte product. Ever. The brand new motherboard I just bought is also a lemon).
