Motherboard - ga h81m-h
gpu - msi radeon r7 250 2gb ddr3
cpu - intel core 15 4460 quad core processor
psu - EVGA 500W
hdd - WD 1 TB blue

I think it is ram, but the three beeps at the end has me debating

The noise is the CPU fan and 3 beeps is memory.

The cpu fan seems to work.
