Just bought this GPU. Before I had installed the GTX 970 G1 Gaming and everything was fine. Now this is causing my pc to reboot randomly. Especially after heavy load (no manuall OC)... I just sent it back for warranty. I will be waiting for their answer. Now I have my old GTX 460 and works fine...
Does anyone have any opinion about what might cause it??
P.S. The PSU is a corsair CX750

You try to clear CMOS and restore BIOS after install the new card?
My config is the same of yours (same old vga and same PSU).
I had problems and I did a fresh Windows 10 install, clear CMOS and restore BIOS. This makes my VGA work.

But what kind of problems you had? Mine is that pc restarts without BSOD randomly, and some time pc wont even boot past bios...But all that with this GPU
