Hi guys,
If I connect my apple display using a thunderbolt 3 - thunderbolt converter such as this:
http://www.kanex.com/thunderbolt3-adapter
Will the display work and will it be powered by my installed graphics card?

Greetings,
If you can get your thunderbolt display to work with the adapter, (if) it will be powered by the onboard graphics, not your dedicated GPU. I don't think the type C 3.1 port was intended for graphics, but the adapter with the correct drivers might allow it to work (again) with the onboard graphics. The MegaChips MCDP2800 allows the HDMI port to support v2.0. The Display Port supports 4k. Let us know what you find.
