Post by: alzaincom on March 09, 2009, 10:50:37 am
hello every body,
i got the following system:

m.b.: ex58 ud4p  bios: F6
PROCS: I7 920
VGA: NVIDIA 295
MEMORY: KINGMAX 3x2GB @1600 MHZ   FLGE85F-B8MF7
P.S.: SILVERSTONE 1200W
O.S.: WINXP 64BIT SP2

i tried to run this system without (overclocking) but each time i try to open autocad2009 or 3dsmax9 igot a bluescreen!!
when i lower the memory to 2 sticks (4gb) evey thing works fine!!and the funny thing next time i start windows and try to run the
above mentioned softwares it ask for activation (they are already activated)!! seems that after the blue screen accured  i lost the actv.
what makes me crazy is that after some attempts in bios i cant get windows to boot!! even when loading bios defaults!
so now im installing windows again and waiting for advise

please help

I suggest trying to clear the CMOS, flashing the BIOS to the newest version to see if this helps. Are the timings and voltages correct for the memory?
