EasyTune6 report processor i3 when the processor installed is i5.

Both revs of the board are using the same version of EasyTune 6  B12.1122.1

If you can find another version, try it. 

It appears to be reporting the CPU info correctly from BIOS, but not the correct family which might be a simple error in a text file?  I don't know with any certainty. 

I'd say flash the BIOS, but I don't believe this would change it.  You might be able to find the incorrect text yourself somewhere in the Program's Install Directory.  Text file??  If you want to try and dig.

As long as its only the name and NOT multiplier, FSB, Clockspeed, its not serious.  How far you want to go to solve it is up to you.  Gigabyte isn't going to release a new version of ET6.  :(
