Z97X-UD3H-CF ITE (IT8620E)
Bios F6 previously updated from F5
Intel Core i7-4790K overclocked to 4600 MHz @ 1.2789 V
I have no issues but the F7 Bios is stated to 'Improve Intel K-sku CPU performance'. Can anyone comment on whether this performance update is worth applying given the dangers of updating the Bios?
Thanks

If its working and you're happy with the speed.... Don't fix what isn't broken. Watch your temps.
Best advice ;)
