So my computer with Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 and Intel processor all of sudden started restarting itself, in an endless loop, i can't access bios, can't flash to newer bios update .. i would like to know how to access the recovery bios for this exact motherboard, since none of the procedures i had found on the internet don't work, and manual for specific motherboard doesn't have any steps on how to do it written.
Steps i did:
-Removed battery on mb for 10 minutes
-Reslotted RAM (and tried running it with one stick only)
-Reapplied thermal paste to CPU
-Tried running without the gpu (gtx 970) into default intel videocard
-Cleared CMOS
-Checked all the cables, connections
Can someone tell me how to properly access the recovery BIOS, with a proper method for this motherboard, or have any other idea on what to do at this point. I get no beep code errors whatsoever aswell.
Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

Have you tried to disconnect everything with just the video card, CPU & memory.
