Title: can't disable resume by alarm

hi
i have a GA-H97-D3H motherboard, i'v been enabled resume by alarm on my system and it worked perfectly(win 8.1), then i upgrade windows (to 10) and it was alright but when i disabled resume by alarm in bios setting nothing has been changed and it still turning on at the specified  time i set before i don't know how i can disable it.
any help would be appreciated.

Try to pull the battery and clear the cmos for about a min. Plus make sure you have the power unplug when going it. Put the battery back in unjump the cmos.  Then go back in and set it to default setting. Then go back in set up the bios again to what you had. Don't forget the time and date.
