hi all, I just bought a custom built pc, with win 8.1 OS, I don't like 8.1 or win 10, i'm trying to install windows 7, on this machine but can't get it to boot from cd, i got into the bios and changed the boot order to boot from cd/dvd but it won't boot up from cd, I know my win 7 disk is bootable. this is my system, your help is appreciated.

Intel Celeron G540 2.50 GHz
8 gb ddr3 ram
