Hello.
I own a GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 and I don't seem to figure this out. After every power loss, my motherboard goes to default. I'm using the board for server, that is always on and every time I have to go trough welcome screen and set up bios again. AC always on doesn't work, since the settings always reset. I just want the pc to boot up normally after it lost power, or even better if it powered on by itself from AC always on.
Anyone knows why it's always going to welcome screen and if there is a ways to change that?

Power loss should not cause a BIOS to reset to default. A weak or dead MB battery might cause this behavior.
Your machine should never be subjected to power failure. Whether turned on or powered off and plugged in, you should take steps to ensure the system is protected. A power strip with circuit breaker is not enough. A good UPS with AVR goes a long way to protecting your investment. They don't cost much, and are worth the investment. I've been using CybePower UPS's for years. APC owns them. They have offerings no matter what your budget.
