Unfortunately I don't know how to measuer uefi-bios boot time so I had to resort to a stop-clock on my phone. I measure ~40s, give or take a second or two for human error. For instance my entire Linux boots in 4s after uefi passes control over to kernel.
I have most of peripheral devices I don't use turned off.
What I have installed is:
i7-6700K
2x16Gig G-Skill RAM Ripjaws
gtx1080
2xM.2 950Pro (not in raid)
2xSeagate Ironwolf Sata Drives (not in raid)
That is about it. All unused peripherals/connections in UEFI are disabled, as well as Intel's built-in graphics (I don't think last one matters for boot).

Not sure if this is z170 or Z270? :-\ Incorrect BIOS settings or disk preparation can cause this behavior.
If 170, disconnect or move Seagates to ASMedia ASM1061 chip (set AHCI mode) and retest.
If 270, disconnect seagates and test boot time.
Are you running Linux or just using it as an example? More information might help.
