I've bought Gigabyte H110M-S2H and basically i set everything up and it boots and then shuts down and re-boots.. sometimes it has a orange led sometimes it doesn't. The BIOS doesn't even load, nothing it just spins all the fans and lights up a orange led..
Here are the specific specs:
Intel i3 7100 : https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i3-7100-Desktop-Processor-BX80677I37100/dp/B01NCESRJX/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1491229632&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+i3+7100

Kingston RAM 4 GB DDR4 (it says its DIMM but its actually UDIMM) : https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technology-ValueRAM-2133MHz-KVR21N15S8/dp/B00WUPU0O4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1491229704&sr=8-+1&keywords=kvr21n15s8%2F4

Start by reseating all components, power, CPU, memory and all components/devices. While you have the CPU out, check the socket for bent pins. Confirm you have the CPU fan connected to the CPU Fan header. Do you have another PSU you can test with?
