Title: Compatible GPU

I need a good graphics card.Please suggest.I am located in India currently. Pricing not more than 4.5K.

My Pc Build:-

Gigabyte H110 m-s2 motherboard
8Gb Corsair Vengeance RAM
450W I-Ball PSU
I3 6098p Processor

Kindly suggest even if my above mentioned budget exceeds.

A GT 1030 is around 6000 rupees, but that's still a slow-mo card.  In performance terms there is no good card for <= 4500.   I fed a GT 730 to Rubbish Bin Laden 3 months ago, but even a GT 730 is 5000 in India.  I suggest saving or begging.
