Title: GA-X58A-UD3R Not Posting Anymore
Post by: Solidus82 on May 12, 2010, 01:38:36 am
Hi All,

A few days ago my PC suddenly crashed and rebooted. When it restarted it refused to post. All the fans are running at full speed and the onboard LEDs are lighting up but its not actually booting. I've tried another gfx card, ram stick and psu but it hasnt helped. I've also cleared the cmos completely (holding down the clear cmos button and removing the onboard battery). I'm thinking that its either the CPU or Mobo. Is there a way to find out if its the CPU or mobo? i've removed the CPU and tried booting but it still does the exact same thing so im leaning more towards the mobo.

Specs are as follows:

I7-920
GA-X58A-UD3R
Enermax Revo 1050w PSU
3 x 2GB corsair 1600C9
Asus 5850

The PC has been working perfectly for the past 2 months

Thanks
