Title: 990FXA UD3 Rev. 4.0 Can't change CPU Ratio

Hello guys,

if i try to change the CPU ratio nothing happends and it stays on stock speed. And yes i saved the settings...
I tried it with F1 and F2 Bios too but none of them are working either.

RIG:

GA-990FXA-UD3 (4.0) F3 Bios
Gainward 770 GTX 2GB
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Win 7 64-bit
EliteGroup 2x4GB 1333CL9 (TED34096M 1333HC9)
Power Supply:   Be quiet 530W Pure power

The +/- key change the value and should save all depending on how much you already overdone it

I can change it to 20.0 or we thats not the problem, the problem is that the change wont apply...i should have 4GHz but as i said it stays on stock speed so its not changing the ratio itself...I can change everything else like Voltages etc...
