Title: Gigabyte G41M-ES2L + GT 240 = PCI-E x1

I tried everything but my card running at pci-e x1. >:(
When i put the gt 240, bios beep sound delaying.
I updated mainboard bios, current version F7.

Are you sure that you have installed it in the correct slot?

Yes, it's in pci-e x16 slot.

Ok. Solved. My graphic card's problem; not mainboard. :)
