Hi All,
Can anyone confirm whether PC4000 DDR500 RAM will work on a GA-K8NXP-9 Motherboard BIOS Rev: F10e.

Hi,

Checking through the details for this Mobo it states that it only supports up to DDR400 memory.

A friend of mine has one of these boards and has tried running DDR500 but couldn't get it to work, so I guess that means that DDR500 won't run on this board. (Unless he was just unlucky!)

Thanks for that.

I am in the position where a friend of mine says he did get it to work but only with the BIOS F10e revision applied, ho hum. GigaByte say they have none to test so can't say, what!
