Title: HELP with geforce 9600gt TV OUT

I connect my graphic card with TV over "s video" cable. I have picture which is good but also have diagonal lines on TV and that is very irritating. I think that technical term for that is "tv flickering". Is problem with my options on card or something else? Please help me, i try vainly to fix that for 3 days but... :-\

P.S. Sorry if my english is bad, i'am not from country where is english official language...

I solved the problem when i switch off cable of cable tv on my tv. I hope i help somebody who have a same problem.
