Title: How to install esata port
Post by: Pianoman on May 25, 2010, 04:06:29 am
I have a computer with an Intel I5 processor on a gigabyte P55-UD3 motherboard. I have 2 internal hard drives installed and wish to use an external hard drive that belongs to my video club in order to do editing. Is it possible to fit an esata single or double port with a cable plugged into one of the spare sata ports on the motherboard? If so what do I have to get and what do I need to do. I'm no computer guru so if anyone can help, please use english and terms that the layman can understand.
