Title: GA-945GCMX-S2 Problem with Dual RAM

Hello All  :D

First of all I must apologize for my English but im from Poland ::)
My problem is:
When i plug my 2 RAM DDR2 1GB PC2-5300 DIMM my computer after some time jumps Bluescreen
"Hardware Malfunction"
when i have One RAM everything i good
whats wrong, whats i must make??

pleas help me!!!
my computer:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (DirectX 9.0c)
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz, 2009 MHz
Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-945GCMX-S2
NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT (512 MB)
FEVER LC-8400BTX 400W.
BIOS update to: F6i date 06/10/2009
