Title: Heat sink cradle GA-M61SME-S2L

Hi Forum Members I am new to the forum
My question is:

Can I purchase the cradle that the heat sink and fan sit on. It is square and attaches to the motherboard with 4 plastic dowls with locking pegs through them. the one lug that locates and hold the clamp for the heat sink has sheared and I am unable to clamp the heat sink down on the AMD CPU.

The board is: Model Name : GA-M61SME-S2L(rev. 2.0)

You will probably be able to obtain one from your local computer shop. They may even have an old one they can give you. Another option is to contact the Gigabyte Technical Support and see if they can send you one.

Thanks Dark Mantis for that I'll try local shops as Gigabite support is a waste of space auto reply is it urgent
