Title: MA785GT-UD3H HDMI audio question

Earlier I posted about not getting HDMI video but got it to my tv but now I'm pulling my hair out trying to get sound to run though the HDMI cord how do I do thia? is it even possible or do I have to buy a optic out ?

On my Nvidia card I had to use the little 2 wire cable, and hook it up to the 2 wire optical out on the motherboard.

I think its the same with an ATI card, but you also have to load an HDMI driver for ATI too in addition to your normal audio driver

thanks for the help but I fixed the problem with reinstalling the motherboard HD Audio driver.
