Title: gigabyte smart backup opens but.....

it puts up a big red box that never goes away sayingt:

Smart backup libraries not loaded...


Also, do all gigabyte apps like this have to be run under app center?  or can they be used 'standalone' in windows?

You should use app center to manage and run these apps.
