Hello there
Iam from germany , sorry for my english.
I have a question , and this is follow , i get on two days a 1090T
I have on the moment phenom 2 955
I have see the mainboard support the 1090T , i have the newest bios.
But i dont see any Turbo function to enable/disable on the bios?
Or i cant see it because i have the 955 on it? will i see the turbo when i put the 1090T on the bios?
Thanks

I think that it is one of the options that will only appear if your processor supports it, so it should show when you replace your chip.

ok thanks ^^
i hope it , because i will overclock it , but this works only without turbo function ^^

Good luck with your build and overclocking and let us know how you do.

Hi,
I am running a 1090T and it's a nice CPU when it comes to overclocking, with lots of headroom.
If you are referring to the Core Turbo function available on these X6 CPU's, which boosts the frequency of some of the cores when others are not being used then yes, this option will only be available once you have installed the CPU. It should already be in BIOS under the M.I.T. section but it will be greyed out so that you cannot access it until you have a CPU that utilises the function installed.
Good luck with your build and I hope that you are not too hungover after Germany's 3rd Place victory in the World Cup last night! :D
